There are two buildings on site, one originally built in the 1960's and the other in the 1970's. Both have recently undergone extensive remodeling. The entire facility is approximately 15,000 square feet. Focusing on small to medium size single-owner businesses, we have 37 private offices that can be configured with connecting access between offices to provide almost any size and variation that a tenant may require. Of these offices we have four store front office suites for the tenant who may need street exposure.

The offices are available to each tenant 24 hours a day, seven days a week. A conference room is available in the East building for special meetings. Kitchenettes with single cup coffee dispensers and vending machines are located in each building so that you are always ready to greet your customers with a refreshment if they desire.

Ample parking usually allows each tenant to park directly in front of his individual office. Fenced, paved storage lots are also available to tenants for an extra charge. Air conditioning is zoned for better control. All utilities are provided to our tenants and included in the rental agreement. You make one payment each month and don't have to worry about unknown costs creeping up on you.

The building owner occupies one of the front office spaces and is represented on site at all times for any issues that may arise. Our main goal is to create a community environment that will establish long lasting tenant relationships.
